Clare e. Bogdanowicz
Clare is an exceptional academic as evidenced by her top ranking from Albany Law School and an array of academic achievements, which include two awards for the highest grade in substantive law coursework, best brief in an Appellate Advocacy Moot Court competition, and a seat as associate editor of Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology. However, Clare is not just an academic. She also spent two years as a public defender for Island Defense in Coupeville, Washington, where her scholastic aptitude, in combination with her pragmatic and focused approach to legal representation, made her a remarkably well-rounded advocate. Somehow, she found the time to fall in love with the Washington hiking scene (despite her East Coast loyalties). Clare also loves to travel and has spent extended periods of time in Japan and Chile.
Clare excels at at articulating simple and clear legal standards with incisive and exacting analysis.
Clare’s response time is usually within an hour.
